High Temp/High Load Replacement Nut

The SmartStud is HYTORC's most versatile fastener. Each SmartStud rotationally couples the driving tool with the stud body and the washer with the stud neck. The relatively thick outer sleeve reduces stresses for the unmatched performance on high temperature applications where creep rupture resistance is required.

Simply put, there is no more accurate and efficient fastener available today.

SmartStuds can be used to replace any socket head cap screw, hex fastener or nut and bolt combination. The SS Series SmartStud is used in conjunction with a coaxial action/reaction pneumatic or hydraulic torque tool.
